I would like to discuss some details about products or processes.  Can I speak to someone?

Not a problem – our office is staffed from 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST from Monday to Friday & 9:00am – 12noon Saturdays.  You can call us on 1300 799 636 or send us an email with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call and we will be in touch.

 

What payment options are available? 

You can use your Visa or Mastercard or pay by EFT into our nominated account – details are shown on the CHECK OUT page.  Or if it is more convenient, pop into visit us at Kilmore or Thomastown during office hours.

 

How long will it take for my order to be shipped or available for collection? 

Availability varies depending on the product ordered and  manufacturing involved. Many products are normally available in around 7-10 working days from date of order.  Some products are manufactured to order or custom made and then go through a rigorous quality process prior to their availability, typically 3 – 4 weeks from the time you give the go ahead for manufacture.  So delivery time will vary depending on your choice of product and your delivery address.

 

Do you do weekend or special deliveries?

Deliveries on a Saturday can occasionally be arranged. Please contact us to negotiate any special delivery requirements.

 

Are there any displays available to view?

We have displays at Kilmore and Thomastown Victoria. 
Unlike many others WE ARE NOT solely online store and we do have displays that you can feel, touch, and view to see the quality.  We  are happy for you for you to check out Our Quality products.  In addition we have our experience Team to provide further information or clarification on a particular product.  So please pop in or  call our free call number and speak to one of our friendly customer service team who would be more than happy to assist you.
